Dominique Wilkins is a retired American professional basketball player who played in the NBA from 1982 to 1999. He was a nine-time NBA All-Star and won two NBA scoring titles. Wilkins is widely regarded as one of the greatest dunkers in NBA history and earned the nickname "The Human Highlight Film" for his explosive athleticism and ability to dazzle crowds with his high-flying dunks. He played for the Atlanta Hawks, Los Angeles Clippers, Boston Celtics, San Antonio Spurs, and Orlando Magic during his career. Wilkins was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2006.
